1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 8k8k platform at https://8k8k.fun, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses 8k8k in any capacity. Using the platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms as currently published. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, as terms may be updated.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

8k8k is intended for players located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by local law is not permitted. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their participation complies with applicable local regulations.
8k8k reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 years of age, or accounts providing false eligibility information, will be suspended immediately and any balance may be forfeited.
3. Account Creation, Security, and Responsibilities
Each user may hold only one registered account on 8k8k. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 8k8k will not be held responsible for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account due to a failure to maintain credential security on your part.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify support immediately. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account until you formally notify us of a security breach and we take corrective action.
- Use a strong, unique password not shared with other services.
- Do not access your account from shared or public devices without taking appropriate precautions.
- Notify support if your contact details change so account communications remain accurate.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of 8k8k, you agree to use the platform only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, collusion, or money laundering through the platform.
- Using the platform on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
- Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or support communications.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other users.
8k8k reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these rules and to suspend or permanently close accounts where violations are confirmed. Decisions made by 8k8k in relation to rule violations are final.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on 8k8k are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use belongs to them and is registered in their name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are shown at the point of transaction. Processing times vary by payment method. Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed within the timeframe displayed in the account panel. 8k8k reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
Deposits made in error are subject to review. 8k8k is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or e-wallet services. If you experience a payment issue, contact support with your transaction reference number for assistance.
Promotion bonuses are subject to their own terms and conditions, which are displayed on the Promotion page. Bonus funds may have turnover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
8k8k provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our control may temporarily affect platform access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8k8k shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds during a service interruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Account Suspension and Closure: 8k8k may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if we determine, at our discretion, that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In the event of a closure due to user violation, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. In the event of a closure initiated by 8k8k for operational reasons unrelated to user conduct, outstanding balance will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures.

7. Intellectual Property, Third Parties, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the 8k8k platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, game interfaces, and written content, is the property of 8k8k or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.
Third-Party Content: The 8k8k platform may reference or link to third-party game providers or payment processors in the course of delivering its services. These third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and technical standards. 8k8k is not responsible for the practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party services. Any disputes arising from third-party payment processing should be directed to the relevant provider as well as to 8k8k support.
Changes to These Terms: 8k8k reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.
